Why do I need at least two gel pads?

In order to carry out this practice correctly, a healthy person who is under the age of 30 should dedicate three hours a day to the derivative bath using gel pads.

As we get older, we gain or lose weight, we accumulate physical ailments. Therefore, we should increase the application time, which can be as much as ten or twelve hours a day.

It is not natural for us, “mammals”, to continuously sit on a warm surface.

However, a gel pad can stay fresh for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your inflammation and core temperature.

You must change it as soon as you stop feeling freshness. It should never get warm.

It should still be cold when removed. Then it must be placed in the freezer for 2 hours to sufficiently cool down.

We use at least 2 gel pads within two hours, each of which remain fresh for an average of 60 minutes. This gives us enough time for the first pad to sufficiently cool down.

This is why you need at least 2 gel pads. Many people think it is suitable to have 3 or 4 pads.

If you have washed one, or forget to put it in the freezer, doing the derivative bath for the required time may be difficult.

You can also do a derivative bath with the YOKOOL Ucansit, the YOKOOL Nuit, or the YOKOOL Ice, depending on your activity and possibilities.
