This electric grinder is ideal for grinding all of the seeds that you need to prepare your Miam-Ô-Fruit (flax seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, etc.)

Recommended use: :

Only fill it up half-way (i.e. 100ml) as its volume doubles during the mixing process.

When mixing flax and sesame seeds: 100ml seeds maximum, i.e. three tablespoons of flax and three tablespoons of sesame seeds.

By observing these maximum quantities, you will obtain a good quality, fine grind which will not cause the grinder to heat up.

The grind of other seeds will naturally be more irregular depending on the hardness of each variety.
